Our merchandise is foodstuff. Due to the nature of it, we are not able to accept any return for a refund or exchange because of the customers’ personal preferences unless the products are faulty.

モンビジューでは食の安全を保つため、店舗や製造所での空き瓶の回収は行なっておりません。個人により衛生観念や衛生管理に差があるため、空き瓶は各自で洗浄し自宅等で再利用するか資源ゴミとしてリサイクルをお願い致します。
